It is on cable channel three at 8AM & 7PM, Except Wednesday. And you can also check out the show on line if you missed it or want to watch again on the Rancho Cucamonga City web site. They cover a healthier life style, programs the city provides, special events (you get the picture) I have not yet seen the show so I can not give it my personal seal of approval but I can try and get a live seal from Sea World maybe. OK not.
